Why Inflammation Is “Bad” During Pregnancy & What to Do About It

I don’t mean inflammation as “bloat”, I mean inflammation inside your body and organs.

I know this is not a “sexy” and appealing subject, but its probably one of the most important ones when it comes to your health and actually even your weight gain during pregnancy as well.
