Do you like eating fish?
A lot of people don’t love it because it can be a little bland and boring.
I love fish, but I guess I get it. I mean, most people just eat plain grilled or baked fish. And though I actually love it like that as well, it can be a little…. Eh!
But not like this! This HEALTHY SAUCE makes the fish SUCCULENT! Its so good, I couldn’t get enough. No really, I’m so serious. I wanted more and more and more! And so did my 4 year old, so you know it was good! I love it when he loves my food.
And hey, if your kids don’t love fish. Let me encourage and challenge you to get them to try this. Don’t give up just because they tried it once and didn’t like it. Keep making it different ways until they like it. They are bound to like one of them.
And may I suggest you start with Tilapia. That though the health benefits of this type of fish aren’t the best, it is a very mild fish. Its not very fishy at all, so the chances of them liking it are bigger. I have had non-fish eaters love my fish recipes. So it CAN happen!
Most people don’t eat enough fish so they don’t get the great health benefits from them. Fish is rich in Omega-3 and vitamins such as D and B2 which keep our heart and brain healthy. So try to include it in your diet once or twice a week.
My Pinterest Boards has tons of great healthy recipes, and in there are some really yummy fish recipes. Why don’t you try this yummy White Fish with Sweet Mustard Sauce with my Hearts & Avocado Salad. Now that is one yummy and healthy meal.
Before I give you this recipe, remember that having a MENU PLAN of what you will be eating all week and having all the ingredients at home, will help you stick to your plan better and easier. White Fish With Sweet Mustard Sauce
- 4 Tilapia Filets
- Grill Seasoning to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp Agave
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Scallions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle the tilapia with grill seasoning on both sides and place on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients and reserve in the fridge.
- Bake the fish for ~15 minutes and serve with the sauce on top.
