What To Do When You Have A Craving + Chunky Monkey Protein Muffins

Cravings are probably the culprit for the lack of results in the majority of people.

The reason is simple…….

Most people are always “On a Diet” in an attempt to lose weight, gain muscle, and get healthier.

But most people do it the wrong way.  The EXTREME way.

Most diets or eating plans are based on calorie deprivation.  When you restrict calories, you pretty much hang out all day with LOW BLOOD SUGAR.  When you have low blood sugar, it is extremely hard to FIGHT CRAVINGS because it is what your body basically needs to survive the moment.  So, though you restrict calories most of the day, you end up binge eating, or over eating or giving in to your cravings later on in the day.

How do you prevent this?

Easy, you probably already know, you just don’t do it for fear of “Gaining weight”.

You have to eat, and eat often.

  • Healthy small meals every few hours.
  • Never let yourself get hungry.
  • The trick is to eat before you get hungry so that you don’t over eat.

This will help you.  I want to give you a very important PDF as a gift.  This PDF has a list of 5 Foods that are in most peoples diets but if you don’t take them out, it is close to impossible to see results.  In this PDF, you will also get the 5 Foods that you must have in your diet to be able to lose fat.  When I take these foods out of my clients diets, they lose weight super fast.  Its crazy.  I myself got in the best shape of my life after 2 kids when I totally took out these foods. Click here:  The LIST

It’s hard to eat so many times a day.  If you are anything like me, you are up for so many hours  per day that you basically eat like 6-7 meals a day.  It can be hard and time consuming to do that. Which is why most of my clients follow my BeFit Moms Meal Plan.  It has every single meal, the recipes, the shopping list.  That way they don’t have to think of what is best to eat, how to make it taste good so they don’t feel deprived, nor when to eat it.

It’s important to have some snacks prepped, yummy ones that is. One’s that you enjoy.  Because if you don’t enjoy them….. Guess what happens and hour after you eat?  Yep, you want to eat again….  All of a sudden, you are hungry again!

So, it’s important to invest some time into making yummy snacks.

The other day I went to a great breakfast with my daughter. We had a date at this amazing little breakfast bar that served the best food.  I ordered Annabelle scrambled eggs and fruit and it came with a muffin.  I heard they were amazing and unfortunately, I tasted it. And holy crap, it was one of the best BANANA NUT MUFFINS I have ever had.

So, I was “craving” one after that since I only took a few bites.

So I went home and made my own healthy version.  I asked some of my Facebook and Instagram @MichelleMarieFit followers to help me name them, so one of them chose this name.  I want to share this recipe with you. They are to die for.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. And I hope you help me spread the word on cravings, being prepared and investing the time into making healthy…… tasty.  So I hope you will share this blog post on Facebook, Twitter or whatever you use.
