What To Do During Pregnancy To Lose Your Baby Weight In 3 Months

If you want to be able to lose all your baby weight and within 3 months of having your baby, this is for you!

I talk a lot about weight gain because after working with over 250,000 pregnant women and moms, I know for a fact now, that weight gain is a major concern.

And that’s ok….

Don’t let anyone make you feel bad about it, its totally normal.

Did you know that what you do now while pregnant will heavily affect how fast you lose your baby weight postpartum?

It 200% does!

I have seen it over and over and over again.

EXERCISE… more specifically, resistance based or weight training exercise is incredibly beneficial for pregnancy.

Aside from the regular benefits like:

  • Better sleep.
  • More energy
  • Less aches and pains.
  • Less weight gain.
  • Faster labor.
  • Less chances of pregnancy induced diseases.

One thing that I keep seeing all the time, is women in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th pregnancies who started working out late in pregnancy and gained almost the same amount of weight than previous pregnancies but lost the weight within weeks when other pregnancies it took them over a year…. some, never lost it.

Just like Trin here….

How amazing is that?

THREE months postpartum and she is back to pre-pregnancy weight and has MUSCLE TONE

Can you imagine that is you? Struttin’ around with a 3 month old, back to your old self and toned 🙂

The SECRET is muscle.

And yes, muscle is what makes you toned. But the secret is in what muscle does.

Muscle is the actual place in the body (physiologically) where fat attaches and is burned.

The more muscle you have, the greater your ability to burn more fat.

Which is why women who lift weights during pregnancy tend to gain less overall weight and also tend to lose their baby weight so much faster.

Curious about how much weight you should gain during pregnancy? Check out this post!

**Especially those first 4-9 weeks when a lot of ladies aren’t cleared to exercise yet.**

Most doctors won’t clear you to exercise until you are not bleeding anymore or fully recovered from c-section.

With my first pregnancy, I bled for 9 weeks so I couldn’t workout for that long. I was dying because I wanted to work on getting by body back and feeling like myself again.

Luckily, I worked out that entire pregnancy and had a ton of muscle.

I just ate healthy and within literally 4 weeks, I had lost all my baby weight.

Look at how amazing Kristin looks.

But more importantly, she feels amazing at just 3 weeks postpartum.

Rarely ever do women say they feel “good” at 3-4 weeks postpartum.

She also mentions having energy and feeling strong.

That is because she worked out and was strong and has stamina.

Most women feel weak postpartum and feel like they have to “start all over”.

If you do weight training, you won’t skip a beat, just like Kristin.

How awesome would it be if you felt this good less than ONE MONTH POSTPARTUM?

You totally can, and I hope you will because its so worth it.

I think that is why so many of my Fit Mom To Be Ladies end up getting in the best shape of their lives after pregnancy.

Most never worked out like they did during pregnancy, which made it easy to get in great shape.

I mean look at Jane, here….

6 months postpartum and slimmer and more fit than with her first two.

[FIRST NAME GOES HERE], I hope that gives you hope.

These are the results that you can get if you are proactive during pregnancy.

The hardest part is starting.… after you start and you see how much better you feel all around, it becomes so much easier.

Plus, with Fit Mom To Be, you get a great community to help support you, hold you accountable and cheer you on.

How cool is this….. being able to wear summer shorts just 5 months postpartum and at 39 years old… no spring chicken Lol.

I feel that so hard now that I’m 41!

I can’t tell you enough about how great resistance based exercise is for pregnancy all the way around.

I did it myself in both my pregnancies and saw what a huge impact it made.

My Story

Actually, I know the impact of no exercise because I was on bed rest with Placenta Previa for 4-5 months of my 2nd pregnancy.

And I was miserable..

No energy…. Achy everywhere… and my weight gain was going up so fast.

Praise God, it resolved itself and I was able to workout the rest of pregnancy.

What’s crazy is that within 2 weeks of exercising again, I felt and saw a huge difference in my energy level, aches and pains and weight gain.

What is even crazier is that even though I only worked out half of what I did in my first pregnancy that I worked out the entire time, I still managed to lose all my baby weight within the first month.

Are you excited?

I hope so!
