The ONE THING That Increases Belly Fat During Pregnancy

“I am huge”

“I look like a cow”

“I hate my body”

“I look terrible”

These are all things I often read in emails, DM’s, etc from prego’s all over the world.

And IT.BREAKS.MY.HEART.

I know how hard pregnancy is… all around.

On our emotions, our body, our time, our energy, our anxiety.

Trust me, I know how the changes in your body are affecting you.

My first pregnancy, I felt so much pressure not because there was so much unknown, but because everyone knew I was “Michelle Marie” the “fitness girl”, I felt like I HAD TO look good, I had to not gain a lot of weight.

It was so stressful.

And I was one of those women that gains a lot at the beginning of pregnancy.

By 10 weeks, I had gained 10-11 lbs, and I was freaking out.

But what I learned is that freaking out and putting myself down and dwelling and resisting all the changes that were happening in my body was not going to change anything.

If anything, it was making it worse.

I don’t know how you are feeling about the changes in your body.

I don’t know if you are struggling with those changes.

But if you are AT ALL struggling with the weight gain and all the change happening to your body… I WANT TO TALK TO YOU TODAY.

Because if you don’t change how you are thinking, you literally are going to make it EASIER for your body to gain more weight (actually, fat) and the reason is HORMONAL.

And I explain why and how in today’s video.

I want to share my heart with you today in hopes of changing the way you are thinking and feeling.

And also encourage you to do a few things that can and WILL change everything.

I really think these were the biggest reasons why I enjoyed my pregnancies so much.

So please, take the time to watch or listen to today’s video.

I truly believe that you will feel SO MUCH BETTER after you do.
