Ingredients
- •1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
- •1 1/2 cup oats (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free)
- •1/4 cup agave or Stevia to taste
- •3/4 cup unsweetened Apple Sauce
- •1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- •1/2 cup Quinoa/Rice Milk (DREAM Blends)
- •2 tsp Vanilla extract
- •1 tsp baking soda
- •2 scoop mPower Protein Powder
- •3-4 tbsp dairy and gluten free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.
- Then add the flour, oats, flax, baking soda and protein powder.
- Mix well and then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a coconut oil lightly greased pan and bake for ~ 22-24 minutes
