6 months ago I turned 42. Every year, I try to do some type of self improvement. This year I decided to try personal training. I lead an active lifestyle and exercise has always been a part of my life, but I never took it to the level of personal training. I hired Michelle because she seemed very dedicated to her clients. I had also taken some of her kickboxing and bootie camp classes in the past. I liked her enthusiasm. I wanted her to build my muscles and increase my body weight. At the time I weighed 97 lbs. I let her know that it would be a difficult task, because I had been thin my whole life and was never able to gain weight even though I tried. I have now gained 10 lbs of muscle. She made me a BELIEVER! Now I weigh 105 lbs and love the way I look and fit in my clothes. She made me work harder than I have in my entire life. She also gave great nutritional advice. I realized it is not just the workout, but the food you put in your body. I recommend her for anyone that has a goal to reach. She will definitely help you achieve your DREAM BODY!
