- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1/4–1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- s&p to taste
- Optional: few tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix all the ingredients.
- Form into little balls and place in a lined baking sheet and bake for ~20-15 minutes or until done.
