Especially if its some sort of FOOD! LOL
Today, I have a deelish protein shake that is not only yummy, but yes, it helps BURN FAT. Its because it has shredded coconut and it helps burn fat. Shredded coconut has tons of benefits, check it out. And though some foods can help you burn fat, EXERCISE helps you BURN TONS OF FAT.

They are cinnamony and delicious as they are but since coconut is so good for you and tasty, it would make these pancakes even more yum. These pancakes are one of my favorite breakfast dishes. They are right up there with the Blueberry Pancakes I told you about yesterday.

Ok, let me give you this recipe already, but you better try it. I promise you won’t regret it, its great for a post workout shake. Its really yummy, and its chocolate. I love being able to enjoy eating healthy. Because if you can’t enjoy what you are eating, its really hard to stay on track and if you aren’t consistent with eating healthy its incredibly hard to see real changes.
I know that the meal planning, and cooking is the hardest for you and that if you just had more time to do it, you would. I know that its hard to figure out how to pair the best foods to make meals that will actually help you burn fat. Cuz that is what everyone always tells me.

Protein Smoothie Recipe That Burns Fat
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Prograde)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy cold!
There are a few things you can add to your protein smoothies to make them healthier and more fat burning.
1. Greens (helps reduce inflammation so that you can burn fat more effectively)
2. Glutamine (helps reduce inflammation also so aids in burning fat more effectively, good for immune function and muscle recovery).
