Pregnancy is a beautiful thing. I know not every woman has the same experience and for some its better than other
But I’ve noticed that when you feel good and are comfortable and feel good about yourself, its easier to enjoy pregnancy.
So, my dear pregnant friend, if you have not been practicing some self care this pregnancy and you are feeling achy and sick and not good about your changing body… I want to encourage you and challenge you to start working out.
IT’S NEVER TOO LATE.

As long as you have your doctors clearance, you can workout in every trimester of your pregnancy. I worked out hard until the day before I went into labor. I really believed that this helped me feel great, have lots of energy throughout the entire pregnancy and get into (better than pre-pregnancy state) much faster.
