Pregnancy Smoothie For A Protein Punch

Protein is one of the most important nutrients to have during pregnancy.

Protein is essential to the proper growth and development of your baby’s tissues and organs (including the brain).

Protein also helps reduce morning sickness.

Reduces… even helps you get rid of cravings.

Helps you feel fuller longer.

Helps you build and grow muscle (helps with weight gain).

But really…. most importantly is how that is is necessary for your baby.

The problem with protein during pregnancy is that most pregnant women have aversions to chicken, steak, fish, turkey, eggs… pretty much all protein sources lol.

A lot of women also have a lot of morning sickness and nausea so they are actually DEPLETED of most nutrients, including protein.

So, I have found that protein smoothies and protein shakes are a life saver for pregnancy.

They are refreshing, easy to make and drink.

And most women are able to have them without any averse feelings like they do most protein sources.

  • If you are struggling with finding healthy meals you actually feel like having….
  • If you are not getting enough protein in and afraid of the repercussions to baby…
  • If you need more healthy options in your diet.

Protein smoothies like this one are gonna be a life changer.

This protein punch is insanely yummy and good for you.

Ok… lets clear something up.

The green…. try to get passed it.

You cannot taste any kind of greens it it.

That is whats amazing about smoothies, you can add kale and spinach and it wont change the taste at all.

So if you are struggling to get enough veggies in, this smoothie is also gonna be a life changer.

I packed in as many good nutrients in so that it would:

  • Fill you up.
  • Hold you over to the next meal.
  • Crush cravings.
  • Get all the nutrients that are important for a healthy growth and development of your baby.

This smoothie is made with mPower Protein Powder for Pregnancy.

It was formulated by a doctor for pregnancy and it is medical grade so it will be healthier and cleaner than any protein you can get online or nutrition store and for cheaper or the same price.

And speaking of vitamins…

You do know that taking vitamins is more important than ever before while pregnant

It’s because you tend to be depleted of them because the baby takes from them first because baby needs them to develop.

Like baby needs fish oil for visual and neural development.

Baby needs vitamin D to grow to the right weight and it helps prevent pre-term birth which is very high risk.

Vitamin D also helps prevent pregnancy induced diseases like Preeclampsia and gestational diabetes.

Nutrition and supplementation matter while pregnant.
