One of my biggest frustrations is that most women have no idea they are capable of achieving while they are pregnant.
The ladies that do my programs and are on their 2nd, 3rd, 4th pregnancies always say they wish they knew this sooner.
You do not have to wait until postpartum to work on your health and fitness.
What you do right now while pregnant is going to benefit your baby, your pregnancy, your labor, how you manage postpartum depression, your recovery and getting your body back.
So why not invest 2-3 hours a week to exercising.
I mean… you can be super fit and toned and strong while pregnant.
