10 oz non-dairy milk of choice

1/2 banana (frozen, if possible)

1 cup spinach or kale

1/4 cup frozen strawberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 scoops mPower Protein Powder


In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
