I mean, we already feel huge and yukky during pregnancy, why add some flab to it when you can do something about it.


Yes, you read it right.  You can be pregnant and still have nice toned arms and even legs.  And its really not that hard, you just have to exercise during pregnancy.

Weight Training is the best kind of exercise you can do during pregnancy.  It will keep you from the FLAB and it will also continue to increase metabolism, keep you strong and full of energy.  I’m telling you, its so worth it to invest some time and even resources if necessary in order to be healthy and fit during pregnancy.


And there are also tons of benefits to the baby if you workout during pregnancy.





I exercised during both of my pregnancies, I did my Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts.  The first one more than the second because I had placenta previa in my second pregnancy for the entire second trimester and then I fractured my toe, yep, picture a 6 month pregnant girl on crutches….. not a pretty picture.  But because I continued to eat healthy I gained the same amount of weight as I did my first pregnancy (20 lbs).  But I can’t tell you how much better I felt when I was exercising.  Those months where I wasn’t allowed to exercise were brutal!


Eating healthy is also so important during pregnancy.

Most pregnant women don’t eat properly because the doctors don’t spend enough time educating them on how to eat in order to give the baby the right nutrients and in order to prevent morning sickness and EXCESS WEIGHT GAIN.


Yeah, they don’t spend time educating us and letting us know that if we eat healthy then we can also decrease our chances of stretch marks and we can lose our baby weight much faster.

And this was simple.  I just ate healthy (followed the nutrition guide I’m going to give you below) and I exercised and did My Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts.


I didn’t kill myself and spend hours and hours at the gym.  I didn’t diet.  I just made good food choices and I exercised moderately but safely and effectively.  And it was sooooo worth it.


So here is what I’m going to do for you.  I’m going to give you a NUTRITION GUIDE with exactly what to eat, all the RECIPES, good SNACK OPTIONS, etc.  So that you can get an idea of how you should be eating during your pregnancy so that you can be healthy, be creating the best possible environment for your baby, and so that you don’t gain EXCESS WEIGHT so that you are not super uncomfortable all during pregnancy and feeling huge and self conscious.  And so that you can lose all your baby weight fast postpartum.

I have hundreds and hundreds of pregnant women who do my Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts and got amazing results and felt amazing their entire pregnancies.  And my favorite is hearing from them postpartum when they tell me who fast they got into pre pregnancy shape because of the Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts.  I love it!





That is why I am always trying to encourage all my prego’s to workout during pregnancy. Trust me you don’t want to feel flabby and yukky, it will just make your pregnancy that much worse.


So here is a sample Pregnancy Workout that I want you to try.  It will help PREVENT “Flabby Arms”.


And remember that its crucial for you to eat healthy during pregnancy.  You do not want to gain EXCESS weight because then it will be so much harder to lose the weight postpartum.

A1.  20 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses

A2.  20 Lateral Raises

A3.  20 Rope Pulldowns

A4.  20 Dips

A5. 20 Dumbbell Bicep Curls

A6.  20 Hammer Curls

Rest 60-120 seconds and repeat 2 more times



This workout will make you feel so good and it will keep you tight and toned during your pregnancy.  



Remember to eat every few hours and not let yourself get hungry as that is when you will feel sick and fatigued.



Here is a great little HEALTHY COOKIE RECIPE that you can make and have all the time.  I used to keep them in m purse and take them with me when on the go.  I hated feeling hungry when I was pregnant it was so bad it actually hurt.  So I always had healthy snacks with me and this one was my go to.  I think you will love these little healthy chocolate chip cookies.
