Do you feel like your waist disappeared like as soon as you found out you were pregnant?  

Isn’t it crazy how fast your body changes?  Mine did!

I immediately felt like I lost my waist and like my hips were growing by the second.  

I knew how beneficial exercise during pregnancy was but I was struggling so much with energy and motivation.

But the hips and muffin tops growing by the day were my motivation LOL

So I started to exercise…. I forced myself.  Some days were hard and some days were easier.

But workout after workout I gained more energy, more strength… Until I got my motivation back… I was so happy!

 

So I want to share this “Muffin Tops & Side Butt Pregnancy Workout”.

I know that finding the time and energy is tough so this workout is literally 2 exercises.

You can do 3-4 sets of this in probably less than 15 minutes.

So I hope you try it.

 

As always, my goal is to push you to exercise so that you can see for yourself how much better you can feel and the results that are possible during pregnancy.

So many times we lose hope of feeling or looking any better… we feel like we’re just doomed to gain a ton of weight, get stretch marks, feel like crap and then we lose hope of every being a “fit mom”.

 

But that is exactly why I WILL NOT GIVE UP on trying to show you the POSSIBILITIES.

Because in the last 10 years of working with almost 200K pregnant women… I have seen what’s possible.

And YOU, my friend, deserve that 🙂

 

You don’t need any equipment for this short little workout so get to it momma!

I was put on bed rest during my second pregnancy and was going crazy.

I thought the weight was going to pile on and on and on and on.

I was freaking!
