Pregnancy Workout

This is me after my second baby (she was about 4 months there).

But don’t let this picture fool you………  I still had the same fears you do.


As soon as I got pregnant the first time, I started worrying about the weight gain.  I wondered if I would gain a ton of weight and get so huge that I would never be able to get my body back.


I had already been a fitness and health coach for over 15 years when I got pregnant, so I knew what I was doing, but I was still scared.

I decided to immerse myself in studying Pregnancy and Pregnancy health and fitness.

I got certified as a Prenatal Strength and Fitness Specialist.


At that time there were barely any programs, workouts, and plans for pregnancy but whatever there was…….  

Whatever magazines, blog posts, anything……  I read it, I studied it.

And I decided I would do everything possible to have a healthy and fit pregnancy.

And it was so effective I wanted to share it with other pregnant ladies.

I only gained 20 lbs in each pregnancy and I walked out of the hospital in my REGULAR JEANS.

I looked like I was a little bloated from a period.


Doing my Pregnancy Workout Plans is what kept me fit during my pregnancy and what allowed me to have super fast and easier labors. (4 hours the first and less than 2 hours the second.)

Not to mention, having lost all my weight by the time I got home from the hospital.



Nope, I worked for it.

Just 3 workouts a week that take no more than 45 minutes each can give you significant results.  Crazy huh!


I know that seeing our body change so quickly and so much is really hard.
