  1. 1 cup quinoa
  2. 1 lemon, juiced
  3. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  4. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
  1. In a medium pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo according to package directions.
  2. Drain pasta and transfer to medium bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
