Lean Legs Workout Routine For Women

The million dollar question….

How do I lean out the legs?

I know, girlfriend, if you don’t feel completely comfortable showing your thighs…..you are not wearing shorts. 

The good news is you can do something about it!  Something that will give you massive results.  I’m sure you have heard it before, but you may have been afraid to try it.  

It’s WEIGHT TRAINING…… RESISTANCE TRAINING.

It is the only thing that is going to give you the lean and toned look you want in your legs.  I promise, it will make them smaller, tighter, more toned.  I have helped thousands of women do so for years.

Now let me tell you that its not all about the workouts.  If it were, well then we would all have super lean legs.  It’s actually mostly about your DIET.  So I just can’t go on without at least giving you some tips that will help with that.  If you apply them and then do workouts like this which are the types of workouts I send to my clients on my MMF Monthly Workouts, then you will see tremendous results.  Seriously!

The best tip I can give you is to make sure you are not eating or including any of these foods in your diet.  Because if you do, it is incredibly hard to lose weight or burn fat.….  No matter what you do.  So, I have to make sure you are not eating one or more of foods on this list.  Because if you are, it can completely SABOTAGE your results.  

Yes, it can totally be true that you can be working your butt off at the gym 6 days a week, eating super healthy, but if you are eating one or more of these foods, you will NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT.

I just want you to know that you CAN get your legs leaner and smaller and tighter.  

If you apply the diet tips I gave you above and you do workouts like the one below which are like my MMF Monthly Workouts, you totally will.

Lean Legs Workout Routine For Women

A1.  20 Reverse Lunges with Hip Flexion
A2.  20 Step-ups
A3.  20 Dumbbell Squats
Hold the squat position for 20 seconds

Repeat this circuit 2 more times with 60 seconds of rest in between.

B1.  20 Deadlifts
B2.  20 Stability Ball Leg Curls
B3.  20 Stability Ball Hip Extensions
Hold the hip extension at the top of the movement for 20 seconds

Repeat this circuit 2 more times with 60 seconds of rest in between.

People think that in order to make the thighs smaller and leaner all you have to do is CARDIO!  

WRONG!  

You need a weight loss program that includes resistance training.  You have to hit the weights.

You will get your biggest bang for your buck with weight-training.  It is the only type of exercise that will tighten and tone your legs and butt.

Remember that this weight loss program is good for ONCE PER WEEK and only for 4 WEEKS.  After that your body will have adapted and no longer make any more positive changes….you will plateau.  If you are anything like most of my clients, then you really don’t know how to change up your workouts or how many repetitions to do, what exercises to choose, how often to change them, how much to rest between exercises.  If this is you, please don’t stress, that is why I created my Monthly Workouts.  So that I could help people like you who are frustrated of working out and not seeing results.   Women that are intimidated by the weight training thing.  This way you can walk into the gym every single time with A PLAN!
