How To Reduce Weight Gain In The Legs, Hips & Thighs

The lack of energy during pregnancy is real!

It’s not easy to make the time, have the motivation and energy to workout during pregnancy, but it’s very beneficial.

I was so afraid of pregnancy before I got pregnant.

I was afraid of the weight gain, the labor, what would happen to my body after I had the baby…

After working soooooo hard to get to a place where I felt good and confident, it was scary to think about losing all that hard work.

Even though I was so happy and grateful that I was pregnant.

I had heard so many horror stories and had seen so many friends and family members gain so much weight, get stretch marks and years and years later still not able to lose all the baby weight.

I so badly wanted to be like one of those fit pregnant girls that are able to get their body back pretty quickly.

During my 1st trimester I gained so much weight and it was all going to my lower body… hips, thighs and butt, I was getting nervous.

Is that happening to you? Wondering if you are able to exercise during pregnancy? Check out this blog for more details on what kinds of exercises you can do during your pregnancy.

The good news is that we can do something about the excess weight gain.

We can do something to tone up while pregnant.

I said to myself… I am not going to let this happen to me and made it my mission to be proactive and put in the work, and not use pregnancy as an excuse to over-eat and be inactive.

AND IT WORKED!

And it can work for YOU!

Just like it did for Alexis…

Crazy, but this is her 7th pregnancy and she is toned and looks and feels so much better than all the other ones.

So, if you are not feeling good about your pregnancy body, please know that it is not too late and that you can make some serious changes that will not only make you look better.

Sooooooo….. I have HIPS… I’m Latin…… so I was super scared that my hips would get even bigger and my butt would grow proportionately to my belly and I would gain so much weight in my thighs which is “my trouble area” (thanks Mom) lol.

But those fears went away after my first pregnancy.

I worked my legs once a week and did a little cardio and I even ended up TONING my legs and butt more.

People would compliment me on my legs and say I didn’t even look pregnant.

YES, DREAMS COME TRUE, MY FRIEND 🙂

And they have come true for thousands of ladies who have done the Fit Mom To Be Program.

Like Sara here, who is 36 weeks pregnant and saying “she is stronger than she has been in year (hello, while pregnant) and is toned in her arms and legs.

WHOOOOOAAAAA!

And one of my favorite benefits of doing these workouts is that most of the ladies lose all their baby weight within just a few weeks postpartum and are actually HAPPY WITH THEIR POSTPARTUM BODIES.

I mean, that is like, unheard of!

Most ladies struggle for months and years to lose it and feel like themselves again.

Not to mention the impact it has on LABOR AND DELIVERY, which most of us have so much anxiety and fear over.

I mean, I just can’t….. Ashley here says her labor and delivery was a DREAM.

And here is another mom, just like you who is saying she had a great recovery and feels healthy and strong.

That is normally unheard of.

Most women feel weak and tired.

So this is the hope that you have when you join Fit Mom To Be!

So, today, I want to share a BUTT & LEGS PREGNANCY WORKOUT that you can do at home and all you need is a band.

I chose this because it is a super inexpensive piece that you can have at home and can do so much with.
