- 2 cups oats (I use Gluten-Free)
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- /2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp. dairy free and gluten free chocolate chips
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder (I use Prograde)
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Flax meal
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- You may have to use your hands to mix and incorporate well.
- Place in a 8 x 11 baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes or until done.
