That’s why I am always trying to come up with easy and delicious ways to incorporate turkey into our diets. Also, most ground turkey recipes are great for snacks and easy to eat on the go. Like these Thai Turkey Meatballs.
They are ridiculously tasty and super healthy.
Eat them with some jasmine rice mixed with cilantro and edamame and some roasted asparagus with sesame seeds and you got one tasty meal.

By the way, before I give you the recipe, I just want to give you some tips that will help you with your weight loss and fitness goals.
Because it’s not just about cooking even though it’s a big part of it.
I have found that a lot of people are “STUCK” with their weight loss because they are eating some of the wrong foods.
So I have to make sure you are not eating one or more of foods on this list. Because if you are, it can be completely SABOTAGING your results. Yes, it can totally be true that you can be working your butt off at the gym 6 days a week, eating super healthy (as you think), but if you are eating one or more of these foods, you will NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT.
The reason is because these foods though some may think are healthy or not so bad, are actually very inflammatory.
Inflammation in the digestive track makes it incredibly hard if not impossible to burn fat. So in order to be able to burn fat so you can lose weight effectively, its crucial that you take these foods out of your diet.

Healthy Recipes: Thai Turkey Meatballs
- 1lb lean ground turkey
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 ½ tsp ginger, grated
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter or almond or cashew butter
- 2–3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Hoisin
- 1 tbsp coconut or brown sugar
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped and toasted
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the turkey, cilantro, garlic, 1tsp ginger and egg whites, s&p to taste.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the peanut butter, balsamic vinegar, ½ tsp ginger, Hoisin, sugar, and oil.
- Toast the almonds and chop.
- When the meatballs are done, dip them in the sauce and coat them with almonds.
