Today I felt like having a good smoothie! But my craving for some reason was for a RED SMOOTHIE. Don’t ask me why, I just knew it had to be red. So I immediately looked in my freezer and pantry and found a way to make this delicious shake.
I normally have protein smoothies after a hard workout, but today, I just wanted a cold, thick and yummy smoothie. So here is what I whipped up. Remember when making these shakes that the quality of the protein powder is very important. I use PROGRADE because they are medical grade products and they are as clean as they get.

I am glad you are repining all the Healthy Recipes that I am putting up on My Pinterest Boards. It makes my hard work and excessive amount of cooking well worth it (lol).
Ok……here it goes:
Healthy Recipes: Ruby Red Berry Protein Shake
- 4 fruity ice cubes (blend leftover ripe fruit in blender with water and almond milk and freeze in ice cube tray)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- water according to desired consistency
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop PROGRADE Protein Powder
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
