Is it necessary to remind you that I am a chocolate lover?
Yep, I am, I admit!
And thanks to so many healthy and great ingredients and genius cooks, chefs and health food lovers, now there are tons of ways to still enjoy your favorite treats without the calories nor the guilt.
For me, being able to still enjoy in a little bit of chocolate helps me stay sane and consistent with my healthy eating plan which in the long term gets me better results. One of my favorites is Mocha-Almond Protein Pudding from My Eat To Be Fit Recipe Book.
Its delicious 🙂

Today’s, recipe I found on the triumph wellness website. I just had to try them and share them with you.
This woman is a genius because these brownies are divine.
I normally change up the recipes a bunch to make them healthier and yummier but I didn’t change much here, all I did was add a little cinnamon.
Check it out and remember….. it is so important to be prepared and have healthy and yummy snacks with you all the time. You never want to allow yourself to get HUNGRY…. If you do, you will have low blood sugar and you will have some major CRAVINGS. Eat every few hours and be prepared and that won’t happen. Listen, I know that eating healthy consistently can be hard.
I’ve tried every diet you can imagine… with no results.
The best results I’ve gotten were when I started more of an intuitive way of eating where I stopped depriving myself and started to pay attention to what foods made me bloated, what foods made me feel satisfied.

Gluten-Free Raw Brownie Bites
- 1 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup unsweetened organic cocoa powder
- 14 dates, pitted
- vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop mPower Protein Powder
- Place dates in a food processor and process, add the walnuts and process and then add the cocoa and cinnamon, mPower Protein Powder and vanilla extract.
- Process until it forms a ball and add a little bit of water at a time until it does form a ball.
- Roll them into balls and place on a lined sheet in fridge for a few minutes before eating.
- Store in fridge.

I always say that PLANNING is the key to FITNESS SUCCESS.
