I hope you give this healthy pregnancy breakfast cookie a try.

Nutrition is everything during pregnancy.

I know it’s hard to eat healthy right now, but make the effort.

Do it for your baby… you are building his/her genetics right now.

Everything you do and don’t do while pregnant affects your baby.

Your protein requirements are increased right now because your baby needs them for the growth and development of his/her brain, organs and tissues.

In order to grow and develop properly, your baby needs nutrients, micro nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

That’s why its so important to eat different foods and eat enough.

Also, nutrition will heavily affect your weight gain, which can affect a ton of other things.

So putting in some effort to eating healthy, is going to make a huge positive impact on your pregnancy.

Enjoy!

XOXO,

Michelle Marie

P.S. Do you have mPower? If you don’t, you are missing out. Not only do you have the opportunity to increase your protein intake with a protein powder formulated for pregnancy… It also counts as your prenatal, has whole food folate in it and all the B vitamins which helps with energy.

It’s also insanely delicious even just mixed with water.
