Healthy Oatmeal Recipes-Chocolate Chip Cake

Healthy Oatmeal Recipes- Chocolate Chip Cake

In the mood for Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake?

Well, now I can say you can actually have one and not be consuming a ton of calories.

This healthy recipe is so good. And what is best is that it takes minutes to make and you only make 2-3 servings.  Good enough to satisfy a “craving”, or feel satisfied with a healthy snack.  Every single ingredient in this recipe is good for you so you can feel good about eating it.

Isn’t it great that you can actually “ENJOY” eating healthy?

This is the trick to losing weight and keeping it off.  Because if you can eat healthy consistently because you are actually enjoying it, then you will lose more weight and not end up going up and down on the scale.

This is why I follow my own MMF Healthy Meal Plans.  Because the meals are so delicious that they don’t even feel like “diet food” or even “healthy”, yet I get amazing results.

Its so much easier to eat healthy consistently enough to get results when you actually enjoy what you eat.

Really, what you need to do is eat good 80% of the time. If you do this consistently, you will get amazing results.  There is no need for DEPRIVATION or STARVATION.…… Unless you are doing a fitness show.

What will prevent you from getting results and especially losing weight if that if what you are trying to do, is eating food that are inflammatory.

Inflammation in your digestive track makes it incredibly hard if not impossible to burn fat.

So if you are trying to lose a lot of weight or even just 2-5 lbs, make sure you are not eating any foods that are inflammatory.

There are 5 foods that are the most inflammatory.

I know how much this has an impact on peoples results so I went ahead and compiled those 5 foods in a nice little PDF for you and just explained them and gave you examples.

I also put in there 5 foods that you should consume daily if you want to get leaner.

You can download that PDF at no cost right here:  PDF & Video (I gave you a 30 seconds video of my 5 most effective ABS Exercises that you can do from home).

I made these changes myself after I had kids and I have been able to get in the best shape of my life.  YES, after kids.  I actually have defined ABS now which I never had before. Which is why I also wanted to share those ABS Exercises with you.

So go ahead and make those changes to your diet and enjoy this SUPER CLEAN Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Protein Cake.

And if you want to really ENJOY eating healthy, then you have to take the time to make the meals.  I have over 300 Healthy Recipes in my book Eat To Be Fit.  From healthy snacks, breakfast, proteins like chicken, fish, steak, turkey, to healthy carbs like potatoes, rices, and delicious ways to make veggies.

My Hard Copy is out of stock, but you can DOWNLOAD the E-Book Version right now and get them all on your iPad, laptop or computer and start cooking away and finally enjoying eating healthy.
