- 1 1/2 lbs top sirloin, cut into chunks
- 5–6 New Potatoes, quartered
- 2 cups green beans
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2–15 ounce cans of tomato sauce
- 15 ounces of low sodium chicken stock
- Put all the veggies in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer the steak on top and pour the tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, sodium and seasoning. Mix well and cover and put on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
