Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies For Your Pregnancy Diet

Eating healthy during pregnancy is so important.  Just as important as exercise is during pregnancy.

I did both during by 2 pregnancies.  I did my Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts and I also ate healthy.  I certainly did not “diet” by any means, but I did make healthy choices and I made sure I always left the house prepared.

I always took healthy snacks or an mPower Protein Shake with me everywhere I went.

The worse thing you can do during pregnancy is let yourself get hungry.

Not only do you become super CRANKY, but you end up feeling SICK and then you OVER-EAT.

No good!

So the trick is to never let yourself get hungry, which is why mPower Protein Powder specifically formulated for pregnancy is such a life savor.

But I also like to have plenty of healthy snacks and healthy left overs from meals that you can eat before you get hungry.

If you eat every few hours and don’t let yourself get hungry, you will be fine.

I only gained 20 lbs during both of my pregnancies and I felt great.

I never felt super uncomfortable, I had energy, I slept good, I was confident, happy and I had 2 super fast labors.

I also lost all my baby weight in less than ONE month.

Pretty amazing huh?

Check out my postpartum pictures…..

Did you know that exercise and a healthy diet during pregnancy isn’t just good for you?

It’s good for your baby also, that is why most of my pregos do my Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts.

Check this out…….

You may be thinking that I can get these results because it’s what I do, but actually I work with thousands and thousands of pregnant women who do my Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts and get the same or similar results.

Check this out….

I hope all of this motivates you to eat healthy and exercise during your pregnancy because you can enjoy your pregnancy so much more if you do.

If you have no idea what to do or where to start, here is a great pregnancy workout that you can do and you can even do it from home.

And with your PREGNANCY DIET, I’m actually going to really help you with this because the doctors don’t talk to pregnant women enough and don’t educate them properly on the right nutrition for you and the baby.

So here is what I’m going to do for you.  I’m going to give you a NUTRITION GUIDE with exactly what to eat, all the RECIPES, good SNACK OPTIONS, etc.  So that you can get an idea of how you should be eating during your pregnancy so that you can be healthy, be creating the best possible environment for your baby, and so that you don’t gain EXCESS WEIGHT so that you are not super uncomfortable all during pregnancy and feeling huge and self conscious.  And so that you can lose all your baby rather fast postpartum.

I made this 2-Week Nutrition Guide to give away for FREE to all my pregos because I work with so many in my Fit Mom-To-Be Workout Program that always have so many NUTRITION questions.  So, I figured I would make this in an easy to read, print and follow way to help you take the guesses out of how to eat optimally during your pregnancy.

If you follow it and you EXERCISE, you will not just have a great pregnancy but you will feel CONFIDENT, RADIENT, GLOWING.  You won’t be uncomfortable and have aches and pains because you’ve gained so much weight.  You will have an easier labor and delivery.  You will sleep better, have more energy.  And you will seriously decrease your chances of falling into POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION.

I can’t wait for you to get this Nutrition Guide, the recipes are amazing, and there are so many different options for snacks. You are going to love it.  Download it here (It’s totally FREE):  pregnancy-healthy-cookiesPREGNANCY NUTRITION GUIDE.

Anyhow, I wanted to give you this healthy cookie recipe because it is seriously to die for.

It is so yummy and satisfying that you won’t even believe its healthy.

I used to make them on a weekly basis during both my pregnancies.

I would take a few in a little plastic bag wherever I went that way I never got hungry and had to suffer from the consequences of that.

I also enjoyed them when I was craving something SWEET.  Then I could enjoy a few without the GUILT or without the preservatives, sugar, etc  that would not be good for the baby.

Don’t you love the idea of being able to eat a cooking that is actually good for you?

I have tons more HEALTHY SNACK RECIPES and really all kinds of healthy recipes on My Pinterest Page so make sure to go there now and FOLLOW it, so you have it all organized and you can have easy access to them.

Eating these helps me eat “CLEANER”. Believe it or not.

Especially on the weekends when most people give themselves some EXTRA slack and eat MORE “off the diet”.

If I eat one or two of these cookies, I’m good, I don’t feel the need to eat something that is NOT good for me.

And even for afternoon snacks, you know that time of day that you get tired and sleepy and something COMFORTING sounds really good.

Well, with a healthy snack like this, you can actually eat something yummy and comforting without “MESSING UP YOUR PREGNANCY DIET”.

Here is the recipe, enjoy!
