- 4 chicken breasts
- ½ cup walnuts
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp Low-Sugar Apricot Preserves
- 4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tbsp grill seasoning
- • Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- • Sprinkle grill seasoning on all the chicken breasts and place on a cookie sheet.
- • In a small bowl, mix the Dijon and preserves and baste on top of the chicken.
- • Add the walnuts on top of the Dijon mixture & sprinkle with goat cheese.
- • Bake at 350 for ~ 20 minutes.
