Walnut Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp Low-Sugar Apricot Preserves
  • 4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp grill seasoning

Instructions

  1. • Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. • Sprinkle grill seasoning on all the chicken breasts and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. • In a small bowl, mix the Dijon and preserves and baste on top of the chicken.
  4. • Add the walnuts on top of the Dijon mixture & sprinkle with goat cheese.
  5. • Bake at 350 for ~ 20 minutes.
