I decided to take my almost 20 years of experience in the fitness/nutrition/health field and being featured on every news channel talking fitness, I created a workout program and diet plan specifically designed for pregnant women that would help them gain less weight, reduce the chances of stretch marks, have less aches and pains, feel more confident and be able to lose their baby weight and feel themselves again shortly after having the baby.
- Resistance Based Workouts are the most effective. They help you build lean and toned muscle while burning more fat than even cardio. (even during pregnancy)
- The body is made up of the same stuff, just cuz you’re pregnant doesn’t mean that physiological things change (like how to build muscle, burn fat, etc.) And I proved that to be true after creating my Fit Mom-To-Be Workout Program and taking thousands of women through it. So I knew that the resistance based workouts needed to change every 4 weeks in order to see good results. I knew that these 4, 6,8, 12 week pregnancy workout programs that are out there weren’t going to work as good because the workout routines didn’t change enough throughout the entire pregnancy. Plus, I knew that boredom would creep in because no one likes to do the same workout routine for 40 weeks.
- I knew the workouts needed to be totally do-able but also a bit challenging. I mean pregnant doesn’t equal handicapped and most pregnancy workout programs are too short, too vague, not balanced and not challenging enough to see the right results. So I created a program for 40 weeks that is easy to get through, doesn’t take a lot of time, can be done at home but is challenging enough to see really good results.
- I knew that when I was pregnant, I felt exhausted, fatigued, and stressed out so I needed workouts that I could get through when I didn’t feel good but that I could push when I felt better. So I created the Fit Mom-To-Be Program so that you can adjust it depending on how you feel.

As long as you have medical clearance, you can do these workouts. They are all safe and effective and very carefully periodized.
