Why do people fall off the wagon after weeks or months “trying” to eat clean?

well, why don’t you start off by telling me if you like for someone to tell you what to eat all the time?

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like it.

I actually love food and love to eat and I want to be able to eat what I want and when I want…….  healthy of course. LOL.

I mean, there is only a certain amount of time that you can follow what someone else likes to eat.

Its really hard when you HAVE to eat Fish, and you just don’t feel like it.

It’s hard to eat brown rice when you feel like eating sweet potatoes.

And what really sucks, is eating something you don’t like, just because the person who wrote the diet says you should.  Or because “society” says you should.

You can’t fool me!  I’ve been there!

You can not force yourself to eat certain things, especially ones you don’t enjoy for long enough to see results.  And remember, CONSISTENCY is the key to getting long lasting results.

That is why MY SECRET is to eat a little of everything, to eat something different every day, to enjoy what I eat.  I never ever eat foods I don’t like or enjoy just because someone says to.

I know it’s hard, because a lot of people don’t even know what to eat.

I also know, most people don’t have the time to sit there and make an OPTIMAL MEAL PLAN for every week.

I know people are lazy and would just rather eat the same thing.

But all of this negatively affects your results.

I know it, because its been 17 years of listening to my clients say these things.  That is why I created my BeFit Moms Fat Loss Meal Plan Program.  To give people a few months worth of OPTIMAL MEAL PLANS for fat loss.  In it, I put tons and tons of different recipes, foods……  So that you never get bored, so that you actually enjoy what you eat.  Just because you’re eating healthy doesn’t mean it has to taste bad.

I mean, who actually likes it?

Its bitter!

Its bland!

But………..

Jazz it up and I can’t get enough of it.

I had quinoa last night and both my kids devoured it.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups of quinoa, cooked as directed in water
  2. 2/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  3. 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  5. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Fold in all the ingredients into the quinoa and devour 🙂
  2. Make sure to NEVER eat food you don’t like, you should enjoy the process of eating healthy and invest the time, resources or whatever into learning and finding ways to eat healthy and enjoy it.
  3. It takes time, but its possible.
  4. And that is when you will see your best results.
