If you are on a subscription and recently got charged and you didn’t realize you were on a subscription, we are not able to refund those charges.

Access to all our programs go out automatically, but you know how this tech world is these days and spam filters and such.

How Do I Get Access To The Private Facebook Group?

If you purchased Fit Mom To Be, Pregnancy Challenge, Better Body After Pregnancy or Fit Mom For Life, you are able to join one of our awesome private communities.

Immediately after purchase we emailed you and gave you both the link to the private group as well as an ACCESS CODE.

You will get asked a few questions when you request acceptance into the group. Please make sure to look in your email for the access code as acceptance will only be granted with the code.

I don’t see the next phase, when will I get it?

The phases go out automatically every 30 days. If you have not received it yet, it should be there any day now. Please check inside your members area to see if it is there.

I Got Charged $27 & Did Not Authorize It…

When you sign up for Fit Mom To Be, it is a monthly program.

It is expressed on the checkout page, twice and in the welcome email.

Since our program are all digital and downloadable, we CAN NOT refund the monthly charges, but are able to cancel you going forward NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

In a case by case situation, we are able to gift you another program since we cannot refund prior monthly charges.

How come I only see 3 workouts?

The program is designed to have 3 workouts per week. But don’t be disappointed…… I have done much research and have tested hundreds of workout protocols.

I have been a personal trainer for 20 years with the most accredited certifications including prenatal ones.  So please be at ease that these workouts are not only safe but extremely effective.

You don’t need more than 3 weight based workouts per week. I don’t even do more than that myself even when not pregnant.

More could potentially cause over training and could stop results. Rest is just as important as exercise because rest is when the muscle actually grows.

It’s important to do the 3 workouts for 4 weeks because that’s how long it takes to see the results from that particular program design.

At about 4 weeks the body starts to adapt which is why we change the workouts every 4 weeks.
All of this has been tested.


What you can do is complement the workouts with cardio.

You can do 1-3 20-30 minute cardio workouts in between or on the same day as long as its cardio you have done before….. for example if you didn’t run before getting pregnant…. don’t start running now.

I’m Late in My Pregnancy (20 + Weeks), Is It Too Late To Start?

Absolutely not! Actually most our prego’s join around that time and still see amazing results.

As long as you have medical clearance from your doctor to exercise, then not only is it ok, but its super beneficial for strengthening the body for labor, slowing the weight gain, increase energy and so much more.

I always say… “something is always better than nothing”. So even if you have 4 weeks, you will see a huge change versus doing nothing.

Am I Too Early In My Pregnancy To Start This Program?

It’s never too early!

The more time you have to prep your body for labor and help control weight gain, the better off you will be.

All you need, is medical clearance from your doctor that it’s ok for you to exercise.

Can I Lose Weight With Your Program While Pregnant?

While some ladies do lose a few pounds here in there because they go from inactive to active, I will try to convince you to not focus on the scale.

This program is designed to build muscle which helps in burning fat.

You will see the pounds piling on slower, you will see muscle tone, you will feel more energy and overall less weight gain than in prior pregnancies. But weight gain is necessary for pregnancy as long as its not in excess which then could become a risk.

What Equipment Do I Need For This Program If Doing It At Home?

You need a stability ball and dumbbells.

I Only See 10 Workouts, Where Are The Rest?

The 21 Day Challenge is not just about workouts.

  • It’s about embracing the RIGHT MIND
  • Preparing yourself to be consistent with this challenge so that you can see the best results.

  • And the workouts

The first week will be about getting you ready to be consistent and setting you up for success. There are a lot of tips and tools during this first week that are even more important than the workouts.

There is no need to workout more than 5 days per week, I don’t even workout more than that when I’m not prego lol
