Coffee Cake Banana Protein Bread

3 very ripe bananas, mashed

1 tsp maple extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 eggs

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup coconut flour

2 scoops mPower Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup chocolate chips (I use dairy free)


4 tbsp coconut oil (room temp)

2 tbsp coconut or brown sugar

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped pecans


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix all the wet ingredients and mix well.

Add in all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

In a small bowl, mix all the topping ingredients and spread over the batter.

Bake for ~ 45 minutes or until done.
