Can A 20-Minute Workout Be A Good Workout?

Can A 20-Minute Workout Be A Good Workout?

20-Minute Workout

Don’t have time for LONG WORKOUTS?  But still want to LOSE WEIGHT?

I know how you feel.

I find myself there all the time!

Between training clients, working on my business online, cooking, cleaning, and spending time with the family, etc. It’s hard to find the time to fit in workouts (even though I work in a gym).

But we MUST make the time, especially if you want to get in shape.

And guess what?

Even if all you have is 20 minutes, you can still get a really great workout in if you work at the right intensity.

So, no more excuses, I’m sure you can find 20 minutes a day or even 3 times a week to get a 20 minute workout in.

Before I go into the details of the workout, I want to make sure I do touch on the subject of DIET.  Because it would be un fair for me to say that you can lose weight and get in really good shape without having the proper diet.

So I am going to give you some NUTRITION TIPS that will make a huge impact on your results, so pay attention.

By the way, make sure you are following me on FACEBOOK as I post daily workout videos, healthy recipes and tons of weight loss tips.  I also hang out there all the time and answer questions.   I love connecting with my peeps.

This is what will give you the biggest bang for your buck so make sure you make these changes NOW!

I have to make sure you are not eating one or more of foods on this list.  Because if you are, it can be completely SABOTAGING your results.  Yes, its true, you can be working your butt off at the gym 6 days a week, eating super healthy, but if you are eating one or more of these foods, you will NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT.

This is so important and makes such a huge impact on your results that I decided to compile these foods into a PDF for you.  So go to the following link where you can download all this information, print it out and keep it in your kitchen I also added a list of 5 Foods that are NECESSARY for you to include in your diet if you want to LOSE WEIGHT and GET TONED.

Taking these 5 foods out of my DIET has made the biggest results in my body than anything else I have done in over 15 years.  It’s crazy that after having 2 kids, now I am in better shape than ever.  Crazy!  Well, not too crazy because all of my clients say the same thing, both online clients and the ones I train LIVE.  They are all in way better shape now after following my program then ever before.  I want to also  share with you a short video of my favorite 5 ABS EXERCISES.  The ones that have gotten me ABS after having 2 kids (daughter is 15 months) and I never had them before.  Here is the link so you can download the PDF and get the VIDEO.  Start applying it right now.  Take those 5 foods out of your KITCHEN immediately!  LINK TO PDF & VIDEO

20-Minute Workout

I can’t tell you how many people ask me “how much cardio do you do”?

And they are so surprised when I say “20-40 minutes a week”.  That is 1 or 2 – 20 minute runs.

Yep, that’s all, other than that I do my MMF Monthly Workouts 3 times a week.  That is my Weight Training Workouts and they take about 30-45 minutes.

Pretty crazy huh?

Most people think that in order to get this type of results you have to exercise for hours a day and every day, but its not so.

If you are eating properly and you take away the foods I mentioned above and you eat the foods I told you to in there also, daily, and do 3-4 short but intense workouts a week, that is all you need.

So I want to give you a sample workout to try.

It’s not exactly like my MMF Monthly Workouts, but its similar.

I just want you to see that you don’t need to exercise for hours in order to get amazing results.

It’s all about having a good plan and working at the right intensity.

All you need for this 20-Minute Workout is:

  • Pair of dumbbells
  • Stability ball
  • STRONG DESIRE to be BETTER!

If you have a choice between cardio and weights, choose weights.  Weight training not only builds
lean and tone muscle but the EPOC (calories you burn post workout) is higher than cardio, much higher.  You actually can continue to burn calories for about 45 minutes after your weight training workout.  You may want to read up on this EPOC and how you can maximize on it, read here.

Remember the trick to WEIGHT TRAINING is you must change the workout routine every 4 weeks in order to continue seeing results, if you don’t, your body will plateau and you will no longer see results.  This is so important and one of the reasons why people fail to see results.

Here are some tips on How To Change Your Workouts.

If you would like for me to personally send you a new exercise routine every month you can do this now with my MMF MONTHLY WORKOUTS.
