These are the yummiest protein muffins ever.
I think its the combination of chocolate chips with blueberries that make these insanely good.
They remind me of one of my fave healthy cookies… Blueberry Chip Protein Cookies.
They are actually pretty quick to make and so so soooo tasty.
I love that they are high in protein, they have healthy carbs and healthy fats in them so they are a great little snack or even breakfast.
What I love about snacks like this is that you can easily throw them in a zip lock in your purse and take them for an on the go healthy snack.
I love mine with a cup of coffee… yumm.
One thing I love about snacks like these is that they don’t make me feel deprived.
They don’t make me feel like I’m on a diet.
Even though I like snacks like celery and hummus or an apple and almond butter, I don’t enjoy it as much and it makes me feel like I’m on a diet.
Having these Blueberry Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins make me feel like I’m having a major treat.
I can’t wait for you to try them.
Every Saturday or Sunday, I pick out 2 recipes like this and I make them for the week.
My kids and I and hubby all have them all throughout the week for either quick weekday healthy breakfast or for snacks.
Actually, my kids love it when I pack these in their lunch boxes.
Ok, enough bragging about how yummy these are.
Aside from the fact that they are made with the cleanest and yummiest PROTEIN POWDER ever….
