Have you seen those people at the gym that workout everyday but  see no changes in their bodies???  Those people are #1:  Not eating “right”, and #2:  They have been doing the same workout routine for years.

No wonder they see no changes in their bodies!  

Come on…..you know about the DREADED PLATEAU, right?

I hope that you understand that in order for your body to continue making positive changes like losing fat and gaining lean muscle, you have to change your workout routine at least every 4 weeks, this is the best way to lose weight, and continue seeing results.

One of the best ways to lose weight is by changing up your workout routine. 

You must create a stimulus, if not the body will adapt and NOT CHANGE.

What is a STIMULUS?
A stimulus is a change in the workout routine, and if you don’t want to “get stuck”, you better start changing up your workout programs.

Well, that and make sure you are eating clean.  And by “clean”, I don’t mean PERFECT, I just mean eating the best foods 80% of the time.  

What are the BEST FOODS that will help you lose weight and gain lean and toned and sexy muscle?

Well, first let me start by telling you the FOODS YOU SHOULD NOT EAT.

I barely ever tell myself “I can’t eat something”.  I try to just be super moderate and eat clean most of the time and indulge moderately when I want to.

But there are a “LIST OF FOODS” that I do try to stay away from all the time.

I stay away from them because they are super INFLAMMATORY and inflammation is not only the root of most DISEASES, but it also doesn’t allow you to BURN FAT effectively.  So even if you exercise 7 times a week and eat 800 calories a day……  If you eat some of the foods on “THIS LIST”, you may possibly not be able to burn ONE OUNCE of fat.

So before I give you all the different ways you can CHANGE UP YOUR WORKOUTS in order to get better results,  I want to give you this list of foods so that you can get them out of your diet because if you don’t, then no matter what workout you do, you won’t see any changes…… No Progress!

I also put together a list of the foods I always have and the foods that are CRUCIAL to include in everyones nutrition in order to not only be healthy but to also be able to lose weight and be able to gain LEAN AND TONED muscle.

• Changing the duration of rest in between sets.

• Changing the order of the exercises.
• Changing the TEMPO(duration of time the muscle is under tension.)

Ok, my friend, I think I have equipped you today with a ton of tools and strategies that you can use in order to see some changes in your body.

Remember that DIET is crucial.  If you don’t find a way to make a LIFESTYLE, a true lifestyle out of eating healthy, it is really hard to eat clean consistent enough to see some good changes.  So try different things until you find what works for you.
