Have you been getting violently hungry throughout your pregnancy?
Does it put you in a bad mood?
Do you get hunger pains?
Are there times you feel a little nauseous and sick?
If your answer for any or some of these is YES, then this is going to help you tons.
One of the most important things to take into consideration during pregnancy, is your DIET.
If you eat the right way, you will not feel sick, you will actually have more energy, feel better and not feel as moody.
You will also, by default GAIN LESS WEIGHT which will not only help you enjoy your pregnancy more, but it will also help you LOSE YOUR BABY WEIGHT WAY FASTER.
I actually got in better shape than pre-pregnancy 3-4 months postpartum.
I really do credit doing my Fit Mom-To-Be Workouts and following my diet plan.
It makes such a huge difference to have a plan to follow and keep you in control because during pregnancy you kinda feel totally out of control….. Right?
This was me when my daughter was about 5 months.
I’m no different than you.
You can totally do this. You just need to exercise and follow a good pregnancy diet plan that is easy to follow and stick to. God knows its hard lol.
After working with thousands of pregnant women for the last few years who do my Fit Mom-To-Be Workout Program, I have found that the biggest problems they have with their pregnancy diet is they are NOT PREPARED.
Sustaining that baby’s life inside of you is taking up so much energy (CALORIES), that if you don’t fuel yourself enough and the right foods, you will feel like crap.
That is why you get hungry so often.
Cuz your baby is using up all the food you intake in order to survive and the support system your body is BUILDING in order to sustain that baby’s life.
So you NEED TO EAT girlfriend.
I know, it’s frustrating because you don’t feel like your doctor has given you enough information about pregnancy nutrition.
Ugh, story of my life.
It makes me sooooooo mad!
But that is the reason I made my PREGNANCY DIET PLAN E-BOOK, so that pregnant women could have more information on what to and not eat and also so they wouldn’t have to think but could have their healthy but yummy meals planned out.
Let me give you the BEST TIP!
EAT EVERY FEW HOURS AND DON’T LET YOURSELF GET HUNGRY.
If you do, you are already at a loss.
Snacks will help you with this so much!
Now keep in mind that the way you pair the foods is very important.
It’s not great to eat just fruit, but eating fruit with some protein or fat is so much better.
It’s important to have protein with all your snacks.
It will help you to not have such a SUGAR SPIKE which makes you not be able to burn fat effectively.
So before I give you a list of snacks you can have, check out some women just like YOU.
I have worked with TENS OF THOUSANDS of pregnant women who have done my Fit Mom-To-Be Workout Program and have all gotten amazing results.
