You would perform this workout on one day of the week and for no more than 3-4 weeks or you will not continue to see changes.

Perform 3 sets of each circuit with 60 seconds of rest in between.
A1. 20 Dumbbell Incline Presses
A2. 20 Push-ups
B1. 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
B2. 20 Lateral Raises
C1. 20 Tricep Skull Crushers
C2. 20 Tricep Dips
Wedding Workout: Cardio
- 3 minute warm-up jogging
- 30 seconds increase speed to close to a sprint
- 30 seconds speed walk
Repeat the above 2 intervals for the duration of 20 minutes
- 3 minute cool down jogging and walking
