Wedding Diet Plan-Healthy Recipes

Planning a wedding is a very stressful time.  Stressful times always lead to over eating, thats why Im going to give you the perfect Wedding Diet Plan.  If you pre-make food, you will always have it available.  This helps to not make bad choices.  Bad choices are usually made when you don’t have any food available and you are starving so you grab the first and easiest thing in front of you.  If you have healthy meals and snacks prepared and in your fridge, it’s easier to make the right choices.

I don’t like the word DIET, I believe that eating right and learning to make the right choices is what makes people lose fat and keep it off.  So consider this your “Wedding Diet”.  If you eat a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable every 3-4 hours, you will speed metabolism and begin to burn fat ALL THE TIME, this is your perfect wedding diet plan!  So to help you, I’m going to give you a couple of recipes.  If you pre-make them and make a bunch, it will be a huge time saver.  The recipes are delicious, and they are super easy and fast to make.  I hope that you enjoy them!  I made about 7 pancakes and 1 dozen muffins per week during my engagement, and they helped me soooooo much!

BREAKFAST PANCAKE for your Wedding Diet:

Oatmeal 1 serving (weight control- banana bread or maple and brown sugar)
3-4 egg whites
¼ cup fat-free cottage cheese
*if regular oatmeal, add cinnamon to blend, and add sugar-free jelly on top*
Cook on stove like a normal pancake.


8 egg whites
1 ½ cup of shredded potatoes
Peppers, mushrooms, spinach, onions, (whatever veggies you want)
fat-free shredded mozzarella and cheddar
In  a muffin pan place blend, cook at 450 degrees for ~ 15-20 minutes
