Upper Body Workout For Women & Toning

Don’t worry, be at ease that this kind of workout will NOT make you big. This is the kind of workout you do when you want muscle tone and definition.   It will get you lean and toned, so that you look like you workout 🙂

By the way, it wouldn’t be fair to you if I didn’t tell you that in order for workouts like this to get you results, you have to have the proper NUTRITION.  If you eat good 80% of the time, you will get amazing results.  That’s what I do, I eat super clean most of the time but I also have some wiggle room to have fun and enjoy myself 🙂

So, I think the best tip I can give you for your nutrition is to get rid of the 5 foods that normally SABOTAGE peoples results.  Seriously!  Take these 5 foods out of your diet and you will de-bloat and definitely drop some pounds of fat.  And most importantly, put your body in the proper position to burn fat.
