Top 10 Calorie Burning Exercises To Include In Your Workouts

Everybody is always looking for the MAJIC exercise that is going to do the trick or the MAJIC PILL that will finally make you lose those last few pounds of fat.

I remember before I became a trainer, I was about 15,16 years old and all I did was read the fitness magazines looking for the best exercises, the ones that would finally change my body.

Though you can not spot reduce, there are exercises that are GREAT, where you get your greatest bang for your buck!  The ones that if short on time, you must do!

And remember, that in order to continue to see results week after week, its so important that you change up your workouts.  If you don’t, your results will plateau.  

There are so many things you can change in your workouts to make them effective, challenging, different and fun.  I can give you 7 different ways to change them here.

But before I give you the BEST EXERCISES for getting your biggest CALORIC BURN, I can’t continue without telling you that though these exercises and workouts are incredibly important if you want to get thinner and more toned…….  If you don’t have the proper nutrition, its quite impossible.  So I am going to give you some NUTRITION TIPS that will make a huge impact.

I have to make sure you are not eating one or more of foods on this list.  Because if you are, it can be completely SABOTAGING your results.  Yes, it can totally be true that you can be working your butt off at the gym 6 days a week, eating super healthy, but if you are eating one or more of these foods, you will NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Ok, now that this is clear, here is what to look for when choosing the BEST EXERCISES:

  • Compound Movements: Exercises that work more than one body part.
  • Single Leg Movements: These work stabilizing muscles, and work the core. The more muscles you work, the more calories you burn.
  • No Single Joint Movements: These movements work less muscles, in turn, burning fewer calories.

When putting together a FAT LOSS workout. Choose one exercise per body part. Take into consideration the tips above. Perform 20 repetitions of each exercise and do them one after the other with minimal to no rest in between each exercise.
