A1. 20 Dumbbell Plie Squats
A2. 20 Pushups
A3. 20 Stability Ball Leg Curls
A4. 20 Dumbbell Rows
A5. 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
Repeat this circuit 4 times total with 60 seconds rest in between each circuit.
