Spanish Chicken-Best Crockpot Recipe 

I love using my crockpot because I can make really yummy and healthy meals in just minutes.

Like literally….. 5 minutes prep time. And these days, God knows I need 5 minute dinners LOL.

Long gone are the days I could spend hours in the kitchen playing around and testing tons and tons of recipes.

I also love it because the meals taste so yummy and you can make them super healthy.  

I usually use my crockpot once or twice a week.

I cook 2-3 times a week.  
I cook Mondays for Mondays and Tuesdays and I cook Wednesdays for Wednesdays and Thursdays and then I cook once on the weekend.

This saves me so much time.

But before I give you the recipe, since I know you probably have a few pounds you want to lose, I want to give you some critical tips for fat loss because no matter what recipe you make or how much exercise you do, if you don’t take these 5 foods out of your diet, you CAN NOT BURN FAT EFFECTIVELY.

So I have to make sure you are not eating one or more of foods on this list.  Because if you are, it can be completely SABOTAGING your results.  Yes, it can totally be true that you can be working your butt off at the gym 6 days a week, eating super healthy (as you think), but if you are eating one or more of these foods, you will NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE WEIGHT.  The reason is because these foods though some may think are healthy or not so bad, are actually very inflammatory.

Inflammation in the digestive track makes it incredibly hard if not impossible to burn fat. So in order to be able to burn fat so you can lose weight effectively, its crucial that you take these foods out of your diet.

Be CONSISTENT with your PLAN and be SYSTEMIC & STRATEGIC about it.   If you do, you will be finally able to say “It’s a LIFESTYLE”.  Because when it really is a “lifestyle”, your body and life reflect it.

Spanish Chicken Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs of chicken breasts
  2. 1 red onion, diced
  3. 3 garlic clove, crushed
  4. 1 red bell pepper, diced
  5. 4 plum tomatoes, diced
  6. 8 oz water
  7. 8 oz can tomato sauce
  8. 2 tsp oregano
  9. 2 tsp cumin
  10. 2 tsp grill seasoning
  11. 1 tsp paprika
  12. salt and pepper
  13. 2 bay leaf
  14. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Layer all the veggies in the crockpot first.
  2. Then add the dried spices, s&p, and tomato sauce and water.
  3. Add in the bay leaf and layer the chicken at the very top.
  4. Put the crockpot on high and cook for 3 hours
  5. Then take the chicken out and shred and put it back in for another hour or two.
  6. Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
