No-Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

So, I have a client that is re-doing her kitchen and she won’t be able to do much cooking.  Well she can cook because she can still use her crockpot and toaster oven but she won’t be able to do much baking.

Which really sucks because thats how we make most of our healthy snacks.

So, I am on a mission to find her NO-BAKE healthy snacks that she can whip up without a kitchen and all healthy ingredients.

I do have some yummy healthy No Bake Oatmeal Bars in My Eat To Be Fit Healthy Recipes Book.  But I need to find her more.  So I found this recipe from The Lemon Bowl and adapted it to make it healthier.

Remember, its so important for you to eat every 3 hours or so to keep your metabolism going.  If you do, then you will be burning calories all day long.

I really think you are going to love this recipe because its so simple, so easy to make and absolutely delicious. And its also a gluten-free recipe.

You have no excuses, and if you get inspired and you want to try one of the baking recipes, if you do have a working kitchen LOL, there are tons of Healthy Recipes on My Pinterest Boards.  There are healthy protein cookies, muffins, cakes, all types of gluten free recipes and more.
