Lose Weight With This Bridal Workout

I know how important it is for you to look your absolute best on your wedding day.  Believe me I know!  Which is why I want to share this bridal workout with you.

When Danny proposed to me in December of  2005, just minutes after I was already thinking of what I had to do to be in the best shape of my life.  So I have devised a bridal workout for you.

It is every brides’ intention to look her absolute best.  But intention is just not good enough!  You need dedication girl!     In order to see maximum results, you need a bride diet, and a bride exercise program including cardio and weight training.  I know that time is limited, that you are working full time, trying to plan a wedding, and workout as well.  So, I’m going to give you a sample bride workout in which you will do your weigh-training and cardio all together.

This is an incredible BRIDAL WORKOUT

For cardio you can:

  • Jump rope
  • Jog or run
  • Cycle
  • Elliptical
  • Stair climber
  • (any cardio you prefer)

You also need:
A couple of weights and a stability ball


20 Dumbbell Squats
1 minute of cardio
20 Push-ups
1 minute of cardio
20 Stability ball hip extensions
1 minute of cardio
20 Dumbbell Rows
1 minute of cardio
20 Dumbbell Shoulder press
1 minute of cardio
20 Dips
1 minute of cardio
20 Bicep curls
1 minute of cardio

lose-weight-with-this-bridal-workoutPerform this circuit 2 times, with 60-90 seconds rest in between the circuit.
You can do this workout 3 times per week.


Remember that you must eat a protein, a carbohydrate, and a vegetable in each meal every 3-4 hours.  This will speed up your metabolism so that you can become a FAT BURNING MACHINE!
