Sure the belly is supposed to get bigger, but the entire body doesn’t have to also. Exercising makes a huge difference in pregnancy. Aside from all the medical benefits and the postpartum benefits, exercising will prevent excess weight gain and also help you keep your booty and arms tight even while your belly is growing. This is what motivated me to eat healthy and exercise which is why I only gained 20lbs during pregnancy and lost all of that plus about albs more within the first month after the baby was born :).
