I haven’t gotten sick of creating yummy protein shake recipes. What I love about it is that I always have all the ingredients on hand to create them. All you need is your favorite fruits and buy them frozen and keep them in your freeze all the time. Here are a few more great ingredients to keep in your kitchen at all times in order to make protein shakes and smoothies.:
- Almond Milk
- Coconut Milk or Creamer
- Protein Powder
- Frozen Fruit
- Chia, Hemp Seeds
- Walnuts, Almonds, Cashews.
- Nut Butters
- Freeze Dried Fruit
- Veggies (leafy greens especially)
- Extracts (vanilla, maple, coconut)
- Shredded coconut

Strawberry-Almond Bliss Protein Shake
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter
- Place all ingredients in the blender and enjoy cold.
There are a few things you can add to your protein smoothies to make them healthier and more fat burning.
1. Greens (helps reduce inflammation so that you can burn fat more effectively)
2. Glutamine (helps reduce inflammation also so aids in burning fat more effectively, good for immune function and muscle recovery).

I always say that PLANNING is the key to FITNESS SUCCESS.
But I know that it’s time consuming.
