Eating every 3 hours sounds like a lot of work, but if you are prepared with meals and snacks, it can actually be quite easy and simple. That is why I am always trying to come up with easy, quick and yummy ways to make meals and snacks.
I have also been working on making easy to transport snacks and easy to eat snacks. Because I am always on the run, as I am sure you are too. So for me, its easier to have snacks I can take bites of quickly and easily at work in between clients or even in the car.
So I found this healthy recipe from the fitnetissta, and I made it even better.
This healthy recipe is delicious and ridiculously easy to make. They are sooooo yum!
Nutty Protein Ballz
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I use Prograde)
1/4 cup or more Sun butter or Almond butter
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2 tbsp agave nectar
Optional: 1-2 tbsp unsweetened chocolate (gluten and dairy free)
Place all ingredients in food processor except chocolate and blend well. Form into little balls and freeze. Add more nut butter until desired consistency.
Look again at how divine these look!

Its so much easier to lose weight, get fit, and stick to your diet plan when you have healthy snacks and meals available (that you enjoy). I know it definitely makes it easier and more enjoyable for me. Cuz I love to eat.
By the way, if you have been trying to lose weight and you feel like you are eating less and eating better foods and you are exercising but you don’t feel like the weight loss is where it should be, it is possible that you are eating some foods that are not good for you. There are some foods that may sound healthy but they are incredibly inflammatory and if you eat them, even a little, it is possible that you CAN NOT BURN FAT. Inflammation does not allow for effective fat burning, which means NO WEIGHT LOSS.
