Online Personal Fitness Training
If you have resorted to the internet to find the solution to your weight loss goals, you must be very frustrated. I understand your frustration! Through the last nine years I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of people who at one point were frustrated because no matter what diet or workout program they did...nothing worked!
The good news is that it is not your fault. It is not your body that is different! It is not that you can't do it. You just have never found the right solution, and that solution is a lifestyle in which you eat nutritiously and exercise moderately while enjoying every part of it, and best of all...losing the stubborn fat. Doesn't that sound great! Almost too good to be true, RIGHT? Don't worry. In a moment you will see why this is the REAL DEAL.
WHY YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN INTO YOUR DREAM BODY
1. Lack of commitment and resistance to change.
With most things in life, you set your mind to something, you work hard, and you achieve it. This is the way it usually works. You want a good job, you go to school and get a good education and BAM, a great job. You want a new car, you work extra hard, you save and BAM, new car. But when it comes to your body, something happens. All of a sudden there is doubt, a negative attitude, and an unwillingness to change. Why is it that it is so easy to reach all other goals in life, but when it comes to your body, you are just not willing to put forth the effort? I believe the answer is………Lack of commitment! I have seen this over and over again with clients. It all starts with a mindset. How bad do you want to reduce your waistline and have a tight and tone body? If you want it really bad, then why do you resist? Why do you find an excuse for everything?
Let me guess...
- You don't have time to exercise...but you find time to browse the internet for endless hours!
- You don't have the time to cook healthy meals...but you have time to watch TV!
- You are too tired because you work too much...but you somehow find time to shop!
The only problem is you are resisting yourself. You simply need to change your mindset and commit to having a smaller waistline and a tight and tone body. Once you truly make that choice, results will be immediate.
All you need is a very specific plan. A plan in which workouts are planned into your weekly schedule, times for cooking are planned, and meal times are planned as well. If you truly have the desire, the first step is to commit and then wait......because your new body will be around the corner.
2. Most "Experts" are experts at training themselves but fail to deliver "Results" to others.
Personal trainers can get certified online in just a couple of minutes. They think that just because they themselves enjoy working out, they can do this for a living. What you as a client fail to realize is that exercise is a science, and some of us go through great lengths to master that science. The tough part is some personal trainers don't, they do not have the education or the experience. How do you know the difference?
First of all, you see the difference in the RESULTS! Some trainers make many promises but fail to deliver. When I say deliver, I mean, smaller waist line, toned arms and thighs, more energy, better overall lifestyle. The problem is that "you" as the client have very low expectations. So when you don't achieve your goals, you blame yourself. When ultimately, it is up to the trainer to help you change your lifestyle so that you can have a smaller waistline, toned arms and thighs, and more energy.
3. Lack of a Results-Driven Plan
Many times people don't reach their goals because they have no plan! When was the last time you committed to an exercise and nutrition program? Did you have a plan? Did you set yourself a time frame to meet the goal? Wait………let me guess. You walked into the gym did 30 minutes of cardio and then did a couple of machines. Oh!!!!! You also started a new DIET! You recently started eating better, so you are eating fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a very light dinner.
You basically either:
- Came up with the plan yourself
- Took advice from your closest friend or family member, or
- Bought into the latest DIET or GADGET
- Did you seek expert advice?
- Did you start a program that was designed for YOU!
- A program taking into consideration, YOUR eating habits, YOUR level of activity, YOUR lifestyle, YOUR past experiences, YOUR goals, and YOUR needs. Because remember, exercise is a science, and in order to see changes in your body many elements must be in place; but they must be personalized and very well planned.
- Did the plan change every four weeks in order to stimulate a change in your body? If it didn't, chances are your results were not very exciting. In order for you to continue making changes in your body and lose that stubborn fat, you must make changes in your exercise and nutrition program every four weeks. Many elements can be changed in an exercise program.
- Was your progress assessed?
- Were your goals re-evaluated?
If you answered no to most of these questions, you should be excited! Why? Because you have never gone about achieving your goals the right way. This means that there is still hope!!!!! Don't worry, I know what you want!!! You want to lose body fat, be toned, and be able to still enjoy yourself. You want to be able to be social, and not have to revolve your life around food and exercise.

WHY "WE" CAN DO THIS TOGETHER
My job is to get you a tight and tone body PERIOD! Whether it takes sweat while working out, planning a busy week so that you can get your workouts in, sharing quick and easy recipes, or simply a word of motivation.
Why am I so positive I can get you there? The answer is simple, because I've been there!!! I have done all the diets, I have tried all the gadgets, taken all the pills, hired personal trainers. I know what it is like to be so busy at work that cooking and eating 5-6 times a day seemed unreal. I have been so tired that taking the time to workout seemed nonexistent.
But I have found a solution, and now I want to share it with you. I have been able to finally feel good about myself, enjoy a healthy and fit lifestyle, and most importantly, enjoy every bit of it. I am all about the BALANCE!!!! Now after sharing it with the clients I have come in contact with, and seen them drastically change their bodies and lives; I want you to do it to!! MY CLIENT, BOBBIE
Bobbie trained with me for about six months. The first couple of months she made great progress, she was very happy. Then she started to slack off a little. She was no longer as consistent, her nutrition was not up to par, and she was very disappointed. She felt she was eating pretty damn good, and felt that because of work there was no way she could get more workouts in or cook enough to get all her meals in. She was only resisting herself! At this point I could have said OK, and walked away and blamed it on what she wasn't doing. Except I chose to battle! It took about one hour on my day off. I finally got her to realize that she was just making excuses as to why she didn't have time for cooking and eating, and why she wasn't doing all her workouts. I finally got her to change her mind set. We then began to plan what days she was going to cook, what she was going to cook and how. We also planned her workouts into her schedule. Four weeks later she lost 8.5 inches and 3% body fat. She could not believe it. Everybody was giving her compliments. She felt so good! The best part is that one day she told me…….."Michelle, this is so easy, I just didn't have the right mindset". She continues to make improvements everyday. You see, this is what it is all about. Coaching, a personal trainer should be a coach. Someone who not only takes you through workouts, but helps you change your life (even when you think you can't). Whether it takes sweating, talking, shopping for food, finding new and easy recipes, motivating, or training hard.
MY AUNT, LORENA
My aunt lives in Caracas, Venezuela. She has a trainer five times per week, what a luxury. To this day, my aunt continues to look for quick solutions. Though she still works with her personal trainer, she continues to get "lose cellulite massages", take diet pills, and do every new fad diet. Why? Because her trainer has never taken the time or effort to help her change her lifestyle. He has never measured her, never coached her on her eating habits. He simply takes her through machines.
