  I felt like I had to eat so little and so bland in order to get results.

I didn't want to continue feeling this way.  I wanted to find a way to be healthy and fit and confident, but I wanted to do something I could continue forever.  I wanted to enjoy the journey.

These feelings  lead me to a question.

I was always thinking of “the cheat day”.

The day when I would finally be able to eat what I wanted because I had just spent 6 days eating food I didn’t enjoy and ended up feeling unsatisfied and hungry all the time.

I loved the results I was getting, but at the cost of what?

Would I always feel like I was dieting?

I mean, here I was, a trainer, supposedly, having this “LIFESTYLE”, but was it really?

No!  It absolutely was not something I could do forever (it was far from a lifestyle).

I was always waiting for the darn cheat day because I always felt deprived and unsatisfied.

I knew I wanted to be healthy.

I knew I liked the way I looked and felt but I needed to enjoy it so that I could maintain it or else I would continue to go up and down in weight.

So I started immersing myself in cookbooks, cooking magazines, watching cooking shows and teaching myself how to cook healthy in a delicious and enjoyable way.  And I created this recipe book.
